Terms and Conditions


CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Class and workshop enrollments are limited and are filled on a first-come, first served basis. Bookings can be made by phone, email or through our website. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payments by direct credit, Visa, MasterCard, or cash. We do not accept cheques. We will contact you if there are any changes to scheduling, this does not happen often. 

Refunds & Credit: We reserve the right to cancel any classes and workshops due to low enrolments, in which case we will issue students with a credit note. Credit notes can be used towards a different class or products from the studio shop.
We do not refund tuition for classes that students miss due to their own circumstances. Students may not make-up missed class sessions in another stream of the same class as this causes disruption to the class for other students.  

If you can not attend a one-day workshop you are more than welcome to send someone in your place or let us know and we will see if we can fill the place for you. We often have a waiting list for our classes.
